By placing an order with Gorgeous Gyals, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms outlined below.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are subject to processing before shipment. Processing time is separate from the estimated shipping or carrier transit time shown at checkout.
Orders are processed during normal business days. Weekends, holidays, promotional periods, launches, restocks, and periods of unusually high order volume may result in additional processing time.
SHIPPING RATES
Available shipping methods and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination, package details, and available shipping options.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected shipping method before completing checkout.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery dates or transit times provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise by the applicable shipping carrier.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of Gorgeous Gyals' control.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When tracking information is available, customers may receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking details after the order has been fulfilled.
Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking information.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please carefully review your name, apartment or unit number, street address, city, state, postal code, and other delivery information before submitting your order.
Gorgeous Gyals cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed or entered processing.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or other customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be shipped again.
Original shipping charges may not be refundable where permitted by applicable law.
LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please review the carrier's tracking information and contact the applicable carrier when appropriate.
Gorgeous Gyals will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with available shipment information, but carrier investigations and delivery determinations are generally handled by the shipping provider.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If an order arrives visibly damaged during transit, please contact Gorgeous Gyals as soon as possible and retain the package, shipping label, packaging materials, and product while the issue is reviewed.
Photos or other documentation may be requested to assist with a carrier claim or order review.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If international shipping is available to your destination, customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country or local authorities.
Customs processing may also affect delivery times. Gorgeous Gyals does not control customs processing or fees imposed by government authorities or third-party carriers.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because orders may begin processing shortly after purchase, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted.
